Simple device for selecting between 3x sources for one device or assigning 1x source into one of three devices, your choice. This doohikey is fully mechnanical so in an event of power blackout, your optical selector will work. If you want a solution for keeping the rest of the stuff operational, then get an UPS. All 4x connectors are (sadly for HI-FI enthusiasts) non-gold plated optical Toslink connectors... Sound must travel through these about 8% slower than in the glorious golden connectors, but what can you do, it is what it is.
