NAME OF THE REGISTER:
Scemo Oy's customer register
REASON TO MAINTAIN THE REGISTER:
Person or company have placed an order from scemosystems.fi -webshop by telephone or electronically.
PURPOSE OF THE REGISTER:
Register is used to upkeep database of customers of scemosystems.fi -webshop. It is also used for handling orders and to track lost shipments. Personal information will be handled confidentially according to Personal Data Act. Register information may be used in scemosystems.fi's own registries for advertising purposes with out giving out any personal data to third parties.
REGISTER INCLUDES:
- The name of company and VAT number
- The person first- and family name
- E-mail -address
- Postal address
- Postal code and place
- Telephone number
- Information of processed orders
- Postal tracking codes
- IP-address
RELEASE OF INFORMATION:
Information will not be released outside of scemosystems.fi to third parties.
Registred account information will be erased upon request from that particular user.
PROTECTION OF REGISTER:
Register will not be released or revealed to third parties. It is located at Scemo Oy's password -protected server in Klingendahl's server room in Tampere, Finland.
