The ARC Mate 100iC series is a six-axis, modular construction, electric servo-driven family of robots designed for precise, high-speed welding and cutting. With its wrist size reduced for smaller openings, the Arc Mate 100i industrial welding robot will fill many needs on the manufacturing floor. Based on its simple and reliable construction, the ARC Mate 100iC and ARC Mate 100iC/6L provide accurate and consistent path performance. The robot controller and easy-to-use ArcTool software provide reliable performance with high productivity. Articulated robotic arm can be manipulated with open source Linux based programs such as Linux CNC (we do not provide tech support for this).

The arc welding 100i Fanuc model is designed with integral utilities including gas/air lines and a wire feed motor cable routed inside the robot arm. This offers improved reliability, reduced setup time and eliminated external cabling requirements.

TurboMove advanced servo control features within the fanuc ArcMate 100i arc welding robot allow quick and smooth point-to-point motion, which increases throughput. 

Unfortunately the Fanuc ARC mate 100iB and M-6iB service manual download link has been removed due to a remove pledge of Fanuc America.
