Rinco Ultrasonics PCS GM 20-1000 ultrasonic generator 20kHz 1000W with Process control system 2 (PCSII-FU)

Ultrasonic power supply is somehow the most critical component in in a ultrasonic system. If you plan to cut, weld, pack, rivet or make inserts you are going to need power supply for your ultrasonic system, regardless if it is handheld equipment or stationary part of automation.

A quick reminder how to gain access to adjustments:

• Accessing service mode:
  • Press service button and punch in 23 + enter
• Settings menu with stuff such as language, date, time, RS-signal (on/off), and max power:
  • When you are already in the service mode press the F-button and insert 4711 + enter as a F-code
• Settings menu with stuff such as Bin, 100% power, travel mode, encoder type, ultrasonic stop, reset (on/off), fault function, triggering method, home position, voltage, max power loss, start up method
  • When you are already in the service mode press the F-button and insert 4729 + enter as a F-code
• Menu with stuff such as erasing device RAM
  • Press service button and type in 99 + enter for a code

Rinco PCSII-FU 20kHz ultrasonic generator controller configuration for different generators:

• Set the max power in the 4711 menu to that what it is stated on the generator's faceplate (ie 1500W generator = 1500W)
• Input the same thing as above in 4729 menu for 100% power and Bin
  • Bin values:
    • For 1000W generator = Bin 2000W
    • For 1500W generator = Bin 2000W
    • For 2000W generator = Bin 3215W
    • For 4000W generator = Bin 3215W
