Ball head mount allows for great flexibility in mounting/positioning for cameras, lights, microphones, strobe lights or for what ever you plan to use it for. Ball head allow precise adjustment in to virtually any position you like to position it.

Ball head technical details:

• Mounting on top:
  • camera screw with 1/4-20 UNC thread according to ISO 1222:2010 standard
    • Disk can be used as a backing plate under the camera or you can reverse it and use it as a cold shoe for strobe lights, video lights or microphones
      • Cold shoe refers to the square shaped mounting bracket found on strobe lights. The cold part refers to it having no electrical contacts in it (hot shoe on the other hand has electrical connections in it)
• Mounting in the bottom:
  • female 3/8-16 UNC thread according to ISO 1222:2010 standard
  • Comes with 3/8" -> 1/4" thread adapter
• Adjustments:
  • Ball operated position adjustment and with lever operated locking screw
  • U-shaped groove on one side allows ball adjustment for 90° tilt
  • Bottom part rotates 360° for easy pan adjustment. It features also a locking screw.
