Omron F150-C15E-3 Vision Mate Controller machine vision camera controller unit

Machine vision controller manufactured by Omron. This unit allow for connection of one camera and the unit can be programmed to execute various checking procedures on production line. With machine vision ylu can for example check objects dimensions, confirm labels/prints/markings alignment and quality, check object shapes, search for scratches, and most likely do something else as well, that did not occur into our mind when we were writing this.

Controller has 15x digital outputs and 8x digital inputs, RS-232 port, composite video monitor output, and console connection, which can be used for connecting a suitable remote control. Remote control can be used for programming the controller. Device operating voltage is 24VDC and I/O’s are PNP type.
