Device has 4 axles and outre ones spin clockwise and inner ones do spin counter clockwise. With minor mechanical tinkering this can be altered in a way that all of the chucs spin in a same direction (few cogwheels or belt pulleys in between should do the trick). This device is barely audiable when operating.

This appliance has been used for deflashing / removing dust from plastic parts in manufacturing process.
