Rinco Ultrasonics MP 702 ultrasonic welding machine model 1

This is the device which gets the job done. Just install the equipment that you need, connect ultrasonic power generator and you are almost ready to start job. You are only missing the programming of parameters in power supply.

This device model contains:

• Internal stuff (equipped by default):
  • Electronics and pneumatics that belongs inside Rinco MP702.
  • Rinco's connection cables from operating switches and device electronics.
• External stuff (varies between models):
  • SMC EAF2000-F01 filter
  • Pneumatic air supply hose with quick connector
  • Differing from the pictures tha cable from piezo element to 70kHz ultrasonic generator is not included with the delivery.
  • Bottom plate
  • Operating button panel
  • Work piece holder with T-slot

• These are sold separately (Hardware which is not included into default shipment)
  • Piezoelectric converter
  • Booster
  • Horn (Sonotrode)
  • Jig / endpiece
