Other things worth mentioning:
- The entire charger is implemented almost completely without the use of electrolytic capacitors (there was literally a couple of small elco's somewhere on the control side). This is merely an advantage, as one very common cause of equipment failure is the failure of electrolytic capacitors. There are no electrolytic capacitors in here, so in theory this can last forever.
