• Large steel gauge:
  • Used for checking what is your drill's cutting lip angle. Just stick the drill in a center of the groove and see which of the angled cuts does match with your drill.
    • Supported angles:

• L-shaped gauge:
  • Used for checking your drill's cutting lips length, in order for them to be symmetrical. Lay the drill against the long end and measure how far the drill's center is from the drill's edge. Check both cutting lips for symmetry.
    • Compatible with 118° drills (has also integrated 118° cutting lip angle meter at the bottom)
• The small metal plate:
  • Used for checking thread carving tools angles. Different threads have different angles, and this small tool will give you a quick way to check what tool is what and provide you with quick way to measure your HSS tool for correct sharpening.
