Maxell battery tester for 9V and 1,5V batteries

Handy little thing for checking battery condition. Just insert the battery between the jaws and make sure you depress the - contact all the way in (there is a power switch in it).

• LED indication:
  • Red (battery is trash or there is no proper connection):
    • Battery voltage is under permitted:
      • For 9V battery under 6V
      • For 1,5V battery under 1,2V
  • Red and yellow (meh, still works somewhere):
    • 9V battery
      • Between 6...7,68V and test current 33...43mA
    • 1,5V battery
      • Between 1,2...1,55V and test current 80...230mA
    • Red, yellow and green (more or less as new):
      • 1,5V battery
        • Over 1,55V and 230mA test current
      • 9V battery
        • Over 7,68V and 43mA test current
• Power source:
  • 3x LR44 or equivalent coin cells (not included)
