Why you would not want to buy this thing and what do we mean by "might require service"?

• These are used units and all of them do power up, but the rubber parts might need cleaning / regeneration / woodoo or just exchange.
• Wear results in RFEED (re feed) error which can be pretty annoying. The repeatability of this faulty operation varies from unit to unit.
  • (RFEED error is generated when for some reason the note counter thinks it did not read the notes correctly and it asks to get the pile to be re counted)
  • For example we have one of these units in our own use and most of the time it works as it should, but occasionally it has seasons of RFEED, CHECK errors.
• User experience can be upgraded by:
  • Thoroughly cleaning the machine.
  • Setting the user adjustable note pick up gap correctly (the small user accessible cogwheel at right corner of a hopper)
  • Calibrating the double detection mechanism from service menu (easy stuff, but needs 500pcs of acceptable notes. 500x 5€ can be used for this)
• We provide guarantee that the unit is turning on and trying to count notes with or without success. Nothing more. In other words RFEED, CHECK or other similar problems will stay your problems.
