UPS in other words uninterruptible Power Supply. This little handy device takes in 24VDC, outputs 24VDC and charges up 12VDC lead-acid battery. In an event of a 24VDC supply voltage interruption this unit carries on producing 24VDC output as long as the 12VDC lead acid battery pack allows. In other words the lead-acid battery will back up your power supply for any 24VDC appliances. In general the internal electronics perform as switching mode power supply. So yet again high efficiency low loss.
