9x0,55mm 4500m white PP-packing strap with 200mm center

Polypropylene packing strap, which is used in various automatic and manual operated packing machines. With this you can close any package or loose stuff (for eg. pile of tubes) tightly together. Suits very well for bundling and sealing various things, like what we do in our webshops warehouse. In Finland most of the packaging machines for small goods tend to use mainly 6mm, 9mm or 12mm packaging straps, but there are other sizes available around the world. Basically thinner band tolerates less pulling and wider tolerates more. You can fit more of the thinner strap than wider strap into a roll of the same outer dimensions.

If you do not know beforehand what size of a band your machine is using, we do recommend to check this before you purchase a wrong size band. You can check this by measuring old strap, checking from user manual or from markings on the device or as a last resort by opening the device and measuring the narrovest guide from the band's pathway (this might be found just before the welding head). Some machines will only have a fixed strap size and some can be adjusted for various strap sizes inside a certain range. Verify your findings by measuring the strap packing machine guide rollers groove width/wear marks and other guides in order to confirm your findings and not be tricked by one of the adjustable guide among all others being fixed to certain size.
