M16 thick type washer 45x17.5x5.8, black painted steel

Washer is a separate part, which is used under screw cap or a nut. Washer's most common function is reducing surface pressure by increasing the area effected by force, reducing friction for increasing tightening torque accuracy and leveling uneven surfaces.
