3M VHB GPH-110GF 6mm wide 33m long gray acrylic foam double sided tape reel *new*

As the name says (VHB) this tape has very high bonding force. In laymans terms this adhesive tape sticks like a shit to a blanket. We actually had ourself a need to get some stuff mounted really reliably and this was the most sturdiest stuff we got our hands on. This works very well when installing our aluminium LED profiles.

  • Application temperature:
    • Ideal application temperature range is 21... 38°C. Pressure sensitive adhesives use viscous flow to achieve substrate contact area. To obtain good performance with all 3M VHB Tapes, it is important to ensure that the surfaces are clean, dry and free of condensed moisture.
  • Installation method:
    • When installing the tape, it must be pressed well into place, so the pressure-activated adhesive is activated. You can even use a small rubber roller for pushing.
