Nice little handy piece for turning on ATX power supplies. Just plug this adaptor into ATX power supplies 24pin connector and it turns the power supply on. This connector basically shortens pins 15 and 16 (the only populated pins) in order to turn the power supply on. This is a handy piece if you are testing a power supply or using it as a power supply for something else besides a computer.
