  • The solders of the lamp's LEDs can be touched (ie covered with glue, etc.). Since the LED chain might operate at high supply voltage, in the event of a fault, the supply voltage of the chain affects the break point, which is then one of the many unhealthy things that should be avoided when consumed by a person (do not fiddle the LED lamp while powered, and install out of reach so no-one can fiddle with it).
