MCR signal multiplier, for doubling and electrical isolation of analog signals. So in layman's terms this thing takes in one type of a signal and then sends out two signals, which vary according to the input signal. The signal types can be selected with DIP switches. So basically one may either use this as an electrical isolator between different signals or extend the functionality by converting input signal to different type of output signals.
