Patch panel can be used for various patching and crossover or some other connection purposes, but most often it is used among telephone installation for patching. For use you need a special Krone punch tool. Use is simple and fast, just bring in the cable and punch it into it's slot. The tool takes care of cutting excess wire. Recession allows patch panel installation in to cabinets with doors.
