Crimping pliers for crimping small connectors into small wires. These are the proper ratchet type crimping pliers, which will not let you open the jaws up, if the crimping has not been successfully finished first (unless you actuate the emergency open latch).

• Die type:
  • Custom made EDM wire cut toolsteel precision dies with 4x different crimp sizes. Compared to cheap molded/forged dies this die makes exact crimp and it does not feature any imperfections in it, not wrong dimensions, neither loose gaps. The pieces fit together so well, that they actually ooze out storage oil between the mating surfaces when crimped... Pure perfection. In addition the tool-steel is hard and durable. So high chance you will never wear these out in your lifetime (Of course now that we mention this a wild individual appears from somewhere to our warehouse and presents us with a pliers, which were destroyed by a billion operating cycles... That would be supper effective.)
  • On the drawback, die does not hold any markings next to the slots. Right slot can be extrapolated and tried, if the crimp you get is too loose then just try another time with a one size smaller slot.
  • Die is made out of two sheet metal pieces and feature a little notch in it. This notch allows for slightly larger crimp for the wire's strain relief (which grips the wire sheath) and tighter crimp for the actual conductor gripping part.
