You've tried to make 90° bends yourself. Since you are looking for these it's about time you buy these pre-made. Couple extension pieces at both ends and create a nice 90° turn with your 25mm JAPP aluminium installation conduit... Or get that bending spring, wrestle with the long tube and lose parts of the tube when cutting off excess or when scrapping squished pieces... Or get these readily made pieces.
