Handling and packaging
We hope you personally pick up the order. If this is not possible, it can also be mailed. Postal fees are calculated by the webshop software according to price list. The shipping price will be added at the moment when order is placed.

Privacy and security
All info collected is used to handle the order. No information will be revealed to third parties to any purpose. User of the website is bound not to disturb the site when using it. Automated electronic queries are only allowed when asked separate permission for them. Upon request we may offer API for them.

Returns and exchanges
Product will be sold in condition it is at the moment of sale. 2nd hand commodity can be tested at the warehouse if it is technically possible. Seller tries to reveal all relevant information of the product as best as he can before the sale. If product fails, it will be changed to similar product. If this is not possible, to some other commodity. If there is no other way, we will refund it.

Placing an order
Goods are ordered through webshop. It is also possible to collect the goods from the warehouse and make the payment with cash, if the product it is not sold to anyone else meanwhile.

Payment and delivery
All purchases are paid with -payment service. All prices include VAT (as far the VAT applies to that specific product). Products we sell are directly available from our warehouse unless something else is stated on that particular product. Shop's product description contains the info how many products can be acquired immediately. In case product is ordered upon demand the product detail page will contain info if the ordering time is excessively long (by default for deliveries of longer than 2 weeks). Delivery is attempted to make as soon as the order is processed. Usually package is dispatched not later than the next working day.

Tracking and following orders
After establishing a customer account, customer is able to follow history of orders. Shipping status for order can be traced with the tracking number which can be found from customer's account. Regular customers and to those who have registered, may receive benefits that other will no be able to have. Benefits may be in form of gifts for regular customers, extra products and discounts, compensations or other benefits.

Updating your own contact information
Customer who have registered can modify his/hers information through user interface. The customer is responsible to give up to date information to the seller. If delivery is delayed or canceled, shipment is lost, due to wrong user information, the customer is responsible of that.
